RPPS-1600
RPPS-1600S20
Pressure-sensitive paper test
It is used for pressure distribution testing of pressure-sensitive paper, verification of pressure levels and digital comparison. Traditional pressure-sensitive paper is mostly used for qualitative or semi-quantitative judgments. The RPPS-1600 can convert the pressure distribution into real-time thermal maps and quantitative data, helping to analyze pressure concentration, insufficient pressure and uniformity of distribution, and providing data support for pressure-sensitive paper selection, process verification and establishment of detection standards.
Array Sensor
The roller test should not merely focus on whether it can rotate. What truly determines the lifespan and stability of the roller are often the invisible pressure distributions on the contact surfaces. Whether the force on the roller surface is evenly distributed, where the peak pressure occurs, whether the pressure center shifts, and how the pressure changes during rolling – all these cannot be measured by the total load sensor, but they directly affect wear, abnormal noise, deviation, and early failure. Our pressure distribution system can convert the contact state between the roller and the ground or track into visualized pressure cloud diagrams and analyzable data.
Sealing inspection
Suitable for O-rings, sealing rings, small flanges, and sealing surfaces of shells, etc. It can measure the pressure distribution on the sealing contact surface, analyze whether the sealing pressure is uniform and whether there is a risk of local leakage, and provide data support for sealing structure design, assembly process and quality inspection.
More pressure monitoring and local force analysis
Suitable for industrial inspection and research scenarios that require multi-point synchronous pressure monitoring. It supports real-time 2D heat maps, raw data viewing, screen recording playback, and 360° rotation viewing. It can be used for local force analysis, pressure monitoring, and dynamic pressure change research.
